Get Satisfaction: Feedback For Everyone

The first thing that you notice with Get Satisfaction is the clean design matched with a straightforward interface – Get Satisfaction knows that customers and contributors want to give, and they don’t stand in the way.

Users will find that the interface makes contributing easy, but also that the organization of the pages leads to an equally easy organization of feedback. Feedback can be grouped by topic, tags, products, people, and employees. Every entry is fully searchable, and Get Satisfaction goes the extra distance with the ability to share in Facebook, Twitter, email, and bookmarking applications.

Customers and companies alike are likely to enjoy Get Satisfaction most with their widget, which can be mounted on a website, and companies will find that Get Satisfaction’s Employee Badge feature adds validity to the support process, giving a name to feedback while showing participation in the process. Users can follow discussions with Follow (tracking topics while logged into Get Satisfaction), or by RSS.

Those looking for a straightforward, easy-to-intuit solution for support and feedback will find Get Satisfaction an excellent solution, though their plans may not scale to the tastes of smaller businesses. A free plan allows users one topic, and the basic plan ($99 monthly) gives all core functions. Enterprise users with over 50,000 customers a month looking for CRM or branding will have to opt for the White Label plan ($899 a month).
